How to Become a Volunteer

We thank you for your consideration to become a volunteer at Bellin Health. Your time, talent and selfless dedication is the best gift you can give. Thank you. Before you can begin helping, you must do the following:

  1. Complete an application.
  2. Interview – Once the Volunteer Office receives the application, an appointment is made. During this time, a member of our volunteer staff will discuss your interests and what volunteer opportunities we currently have open. We hope to provide you with volunteer options based on your particular interests.
  3. Show proof of TB testing and MMR or rubella titer. If necessary, we will assist you in scheduling the testing through our Employee Health Services Department.
  4. Attend our Volunteer Orientation.

When all the requirements are completed, we will narrow down the volunteer opportunities presented earlier and find a position that we hope you will find rewarding. After the final selection for a position has been made, you will receive a copy of the service description for your particular position outlining your duties and start times.
