The most essential medicine for body, mind, and spirit is already within us and is free. Some call it the elixir of life; others simply call it chi, ki, or prana. This class will utilize methods and techniques derived from the ancient wellness arts of Chi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Yoga. Love yourself
When thinking about people in our lives who are important to us, we often forget about ourselves. Many people spend a lot of time taking care of others, but very little time is invested into taking care of themselves. The truth is, if you neglect care for yourself, then you are actually able to give even less of yourself to others.
