Specialty Classes

Browse the list of our many specialty classes and sign up for one, two, or more! Available to members and non-members for a small fee, registration is now being accepted.  Payment, due in full before the first class to guarantee your registration, can be made by cash, check, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard are accepted). When registering by phone, please have your credit card number available.  A minimum of five participants is required to run  specialty classes.

Want to take a new course to stay fit? If so, this class is for you! Get ready to lose weight, gain nutrition knowledge, and feel better about yourself! Avalable to both employess and members.  No Class April 25th.

Women with Weights
Boost your metabolism and get the most out of your workout. This class will help you learn new techniques with free weights, machines and your own body weight. It`s a complete lower and upper body workout and a great introductory class to familiarize yourself with weights!

Outdoor cycling with indoor comfort. A fun cardio workout for all fitness levels.

Zumba®
Let the party begin! Zumba® is a Latin-dance inspired fitness class. Class features interval training using fast and slow rhythms to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total-body toning. No exerience required! Just show up and let the latin rhythms do the rest.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:00 p.m.

We also have a ZUMBA® 6-punch card for $24.00 (general public). The Zumba® punch card can be used  for the Tuesdays or Wednesday Zumba® classes. The punch card can be bought at any time, but expires 6 weeks from date of purchase. Or six punches which ever comes first. Call the Bond Community Center for more information.
Our daycare is now called "Kid Care". Look at our Winter/Spring class schedule for Kid Care hours . Kid Care is FREE! And available during Zumba®.


Limited Mobility Fitness Programs***
These therapeutic fitness programs focus on each individual needs. Punch card purchase required. Start any Tuesday or Thursday and continue until 6 punches or punch card expires (6 weeks from date of purchase)

Aqua Hip, Knee, & Back***
Discover the benefits of water if you have hip, knee, or back pain or are a pre/post surgery patient. This class is taught by a Group Fitness instructor.

Aqua Chronic Pain***
Using the 86 degree pool, this workout is designed to use water`s buoyancy and relaxation exercises to reduce chronic pain.

Stretch and Tone - Multiple Locations
Improve your posture, increase your strength and flexibility and get that toned look while using a chair for assistance. Resistance equipment will be offered and modifications will be encouraged for standing or sitting exercises to make the exercises more comfortable and beneficial.
