  Loren Fuglestad, MD

Philosophy of care: I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1993 and completed my residency in family medicine through a UW-affiliated program in Wausau, Wisconsin. I am certified by the American Board of Family Practice. My practice includes the full range of family practice, but I particularly enjoy the areas of obstetrics, pediatrics, flexible sigmoidoscopy, vasectomy, and sports medicine.

Personal: My wife and I were raised in Wisconsin and currently live in Suamico. We have four children, and we enjoy biking, cross-country skiing, and camping with our children. I also play basketball and softball regularly and have an interest in woodworking.

  • I am affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians, Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians, Brown County Medical Society, American Medical Association, Wisconsin State Medical Society, and Physicians Partners Limited.
  • Within Bellin, I am the Chair for the Department of Family Medicine. I am also a member of the Bellin Medical Group Executive Committee, a member of the Medical Executive Committee, a member of the Bylaw Committee, and a member of the IMPACT team.
  • In the community, I am the Medical Director for the Santa Maria Nursing Home, the Medical Advisor for the Howard-Suamico School District, the team Physician for BayPort HighSchool Football, and a volunteer Physician for the NEW Community Clinic.
